Can I return an item?
If a product is damaged in transit, or an incorrect product has been sent, please contact us within 2 days of collection, (sending an email will be the quickest) and we will resolve the issue with haste. You will then in turn receive a credit from us, or a replacement item sent to you.
Due to the intimate nature of the products we offer, items purchased are non-refundable unless it's faulty or damaged during shipping. This is for your protection, and here's why: Many of our sex toys, adult products and lingerie are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging. However, it is often impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with. We will therefore not risk our health and safety standards by accepting returned goods - regardless of whether or not a claim states that the product has not been used. (For example - if we then trusted such a false claim, in all fairness, we could then put the "unused" product back on our shelves to be re-sold) This, we decided, is NOT acceptable business practice!!! Consider the return policies offered by other adult stores. Do they accept returns? If they do, they may also stock items that have been handled by someone else and potentially used by someone else.
In your best interests, we research our products carefully and give as much information (manufacturer information, physical/technical data and our personal thoughts) on the item. You can also call us regarding the item before making a purchase. We are a friendly, professional and fun-loving company that is devoted to pleasure. Should you want a product, but have any queries or questions regarding the product or its use, please don't hesitate to contact us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items like sex toys and/or lingerie should make you happy, and we'd want nothing less!
If the purchased item were to become defective within a year of the purchase date, you may then return the defective item back to us! Products under warranty can be returned up to one or three years, depending on the product's warranty specifications. Pre-authorization is required for all returns, please contact us to report your faulty product as soon as possible.
How to Return a defective Product?
Send us an email giving us a small detailed message of the product's fault, along with the order number (from which the product was purchased under) as a reference.
We will then reply to you as soon as possible with a return address. (The return address is that of our supplier's postal address)
Repack the product in its original packaging.
How do I get a Refund?
The provision of goods and services by Love SA Shop is subject to availability. In cases of non-availability, Love SA Shop will refund the client in full within 60 days. Voluntary cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration and restocking fee on their refund. For more information on refunds, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Send us the tracking number via email once you have mailed the parcel. Please note: Our supplier collects from the post office once a week (every Wednesday).
Once our supplier has received your return and has taken a look at it, we will send you an update and feedback with regards to your replacement.
If the product is confirmed faulty/defective by the supplier, we will then send you a replacement at no extra cost and refund you of the shipping fee you incur in returning the item OR we will refund you of both the item and shipping fee.
